  • Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email from me within 24 hours to schedule your session time
  • We will coordinate a date and time that works for both of us (all sessions in London/GMT time)
  • You will receive your Zoom link once the session time is confirmed

SESSION DETAILS

  • 1-hour Zoom sessions
  • The language of the sessions will be English 
  • Camera REQUIRED for both parties
  • Payment in full before booking is confirmed
  • Age minimum: 21+
  • No recording allowed

Follow-up sessions available upon request — after your session, if you feel you need additional support, email me, and we can discuss booking another session

  • 48 hour cancellation notice required or payment is forfeited
  • Late arrivals don't extend session time (ends at scheduled time)

BOUNDARIES

  • No contact between sessions unless follow-up is booked
  • Written follow-up notes provided within 24 hours of the session

INSTANT TERMINATION (no refund)

  • Client appears intoxicated or under the influence
  • Client becomes abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate
  • Client refuses to turn the camera on
